My name is Ariel Sileo; I am the receptionist at Somerset Dental. I have recently gotten accepted to Rutgers for their dental hygiene program. My passion and career goal has always been in the dental field. Working as the receptionist I am able to interact with patients, while managing the front desk, handling phone calls and insurance companies. Dr. Shah is a general dentist, who allows me to shadow her while she works; because of her expansive expertise I am able to see a lot of different cases, varying from denture work to orthodontics. Outside of work, I am very active, and maintain a healthy lifestyle by going to the gym and eating organic food. I love dentistry because the first thing you notice about a person is their smile, and we help patients grow confident so they can show off their “pearly whites”.
My name is Javeria Khan; I am the dental assistant at Somerset Dental. I have been working in the dental field for over ten years. I grew up in Pakistan where I am a trained dentist. I learned at a very young age that dentistry was my passion. I came to the United States in hoping to further my career and become a trained dentist in two countries. With my expansive background in dentistry I am able to educate patients by giving oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions. I assist Dr. Shah by managing dental and medical emergencies through maintaining a CPR certification. When I am not devoting my self to our patients, I enjoy my time at home with my beautiful family. I have been married to a wonderful man for five years and have a beautiful daughter. I love to cook, and I love to partake in outdoor activities with my family.
